As part of advancing the profession of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying I have provided support to a number of Graduates in South Africa, Kenya and Zimbabwe. This has been very well received by over 20 Graduates since 2019.

The Mentoring Program assists in seeking employment opportunities, preparation of Cv's and References to providing current literature on Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. Often, I am asked to provide additional support and coaching to assist with a problem the Graduate is experiencing.  While there is no specific structure the mentees can engage as much or as less as they want or on an as need basis to discuss specific issues.
